The 40 minute IMAX 3D epic required a data conform, shot stabilisation, colour grading and 4K vfx shot rebuilds to complete the reversioning work and final DCP master for digital cinema release.
Since the majority of the stereo 3D is played just in front of the screen in the IMAX theatre, extensive re-converging on the Quantel Pablo was also a fundamental requirement for the new digital cinema package (DCP).
